Minsk Arena is one of the largest cultural and sports complexes in Europe. It’s an outstanding example of modern architecture of Belarus, which was opened in 2010 and became the main venue of the World Hockey Championship in 2014. The complex consists of three main sports facilities - the Main Arena, the Velodrome and the Speed Skating Stadium. Minsk-Arena is the largest and hi-tech complex in Belarus in terms of its scope and multifunctionality, technical capabilities and equipment. The Arena can host sporting events (more than 25 kinds of sports), mega-events, assembly, convention, congresses, forums and concert shows.
